BOOKING RULES NATURGUIDE TIVEDEN
For Naturguide Tiveden, three things are most important: You as our guest, nature and the animals that live there. As our guest, you should feel safe, secure and well received when you need to cancel or rebook for any reason.
FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE EXPERIENCE
For the sake of you and our other guests, you will receive a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start of the experience if you need to cancel for any reason. You can therefore calmly and safely book now, and if you need to, cancel and then get a full refund. For you, our other guests and us, it is important that you stay at home if you need to. In addition to this, there are more options for cancellation:
- You have the option to rebook to a new date within 18 months. You then ensure that you keep your booking and can look forward to your experience. Of course, there is no price change for your booking, which could otherwise happen for the experience.
- You have the option of changing to a gift card of the same value that is valid for 18 months.
- You have the option to cancel and get your 100% refund.

CANCELLATION AFTER LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LEFT UNTIL THE START OF THE EXPERIENCE
As a guest, you receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the experience. If you wish to cancel after that time, no refund will be made. You may then turn to your insurance company to seek compensation.
POSTPONEMENT OF EXPERIENCE
You have the option to change the date to a later date and rebook your experience up to 2 weeks before the start of the experience.
IF THE NATURE GUIDE TIVEDEN NEEDS TO CANCEL THE EXPERIENCE
If Naturguide Tiveden needs to cancel your experience for any reason, you will be refunded 100%.
GENERAL BOOKING RULES
Your booking is made with the company Naturguide Tiveden. All information on Naturguide Tiveden's website is known to the company as correct at the time of publication. Naturguide Tiveden will announce possible changes that are of a larger scale or that we judge may affect the guest's enjoyment during the experience.

Outdoor activities are weather sensitive. If Naturguide Tiveden is forced to cancel due to extreme weather, an alternative activity or adaptation of the activity suitable for the situation will be carried out. Please note that changes can be made at very short notice, even on the same day as your experience.
Experiences in nature can never be guaranteed. Natureguide Tiveden is a professional practitioner of nature guides and the company recommends certain periods as those with the best and highest chance of seeing a certain animal or experience. However, we can never guarantee that the experience you come for or the animal you wish to see will be exactly as expected.
Natureguide Tiveden works with and in nature, with animals and the habitats they are in. The experiences are dependent on nature, where nothing can be predicted or guaranteed. Natureguide Tiveden therefore wishes that you, as a guest, are understanding of unforeseen changes that may take place from the experience's original itinerary. If Naturguide Tiveden cannot offer a particular service due to an unforeseen nature-related event, you will be offered a similar service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A GUEST OF NATURE GUIDE TIVEDEN
- Make sure the contact details you provide us are correct, they are the only way we can contact you. Make sure to be contactable especially during the same day that your experience is to take place.

You are responsible for any damages that your or your company's possible negligence may have on Naturguide Tiveden's property or services. You as a guest are responsible for not knowingly disturbing the animals intended to be viewed or other animals during the experience and also other guests who are also participating in the experience.
- Please ensure that you notify us of any allergies, functional variations or health conditions that may be important for us to know when making your booking. Please let us know what special needs you may have and need when booking.
COMPLAINTS/DISPUTES
Any errors that may occur during your experience must be immediately reported to Naturguide Tiveden. If you did not notice or notify Naturguide Tiveden of complaints or errors during the experience and thus did not give Naturguide Tiveden the opportunity to correct possible mistakes or errors, you cannot request compensation afterwards.
If you are not satisfied with the compensation offered or given, you must notify Naturguide Tiveden within 14 days from when the experience took place.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means unusual, unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond the organizer's control and prevent the experience, product or contract from being carried out. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable limits, have been able to foresee and therefore could not have avoided or mastered.
This includes but is not limited to; war, threat of war, riots, civil disobedience or strike, government commitments, in the event of terrorism, natural or environmental disasters, fire, extreme weather, floods, closed airports, closed borders, technical problems, maintenance of infrastructure or craft or unforeseen changes made by airlines; for example timetable changes, IT infrastructure disruptions (including but not limited to our website).
Under these conditions and circumstances, the organizer is free from responsibility/obligation or other consequences and effects.
Reservation for changes
Naturguide Tiveden reserves the right to change prices, times, payment methods, booking and discount conditions. Prices for upcoming seasons are always preliminary and may change.
